Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FiveM Photo (the "Service"), a media hosting and logging platform for game server developers. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a team or organization, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Content Restrictions

You may not upload, store, or transmit content that: is sexually explicit or exploitative; depicts graphic violence or gore; is illegal in the jurisdiction where it is hosted or accessed; constitutes hate speech or targeted harassment; infringes someone else's copyright or other intellectual property rights; or is deliberately misleading or fraudulent.

3. User Conduct

You agree to comply with applicable law, respect the privacy of other users, refrain from attempting to access accounts, teams, or data you are not authorized to access, and to provide accurate information when creating an account or API token.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may, but are not obligated to, review content uploaded to the Service. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend API tokens, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

If you believe content hosted on the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us with a description of the material and evidence of ownership, and we will investigate.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your team at any time from Team Management.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Storage retention settings, if enabled by a team, will permanently delete matching files after the configured period — it is your responsibility to keep independent backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
